We had a successful two day Geography trip to Brighton.
On day one we investigated urban change in various locations around the city, completing environmental quality assessments, decibel readings and a clone town survey.
On day two we went down to the west pier and completed a beach survey, looking at pebble roundness and gradient of the beach. Students now have to decide what they are going to investigate as part of their Geography NEA (Non -Examination Assessment) which is worth 20% of their A level.
