Dance Away

Congratulations to the 8 boys who performed fantastically at the Dance Away! Festival at Clair Hall. The theme of the festival was dances through history, even into the future.

There were 13 schools performing in total from primary schools up to years 10 & 11. Our boys were on stage second, the theme of our dance being “Discovering Space” for which a male instructor, JP came in and taught the boys in January. Even with all the time the boys had put into practicing and the enthusiasm and confidence imparted by JP with show time approaching, nerves were running high. After a brief run through on the stage it was time to perform!

To an audience full of fellow performers and parents the boys produced their best performance of the dance yet, WELL DONE!!!!!

It was a fantastic experience for the boys and they were a great credit to St Paul’s.
