Investor in Careers Award

The college is pleased to announce that a commitment has been made by the Governors and staff to achieve the Investor in Careers Award by July 2009.  The award is the quality standard for the management of careers education and guidance (CEG) in schools.  

Working towards the award will gives us the opportunity to review and improve the current provision for careers education and guidance, work experience and work related learning throughout the college and ensure it is an integral part of the curriculum for all students.  

The college looks forward to working with students, parents, Connexions, training providers and local businesses to achieve the award.
