Welcome from the Headteacher

I am proud to introduce and welcome you to St. Paul’s Catholic College. We believe that we are an exceptional Catholic school. This is the case due to us being blessed by outstanding students, staff and parents. Our mission is to ensure that every student gets a better education here than they would anywhere else.

As parents you have a unique role to play. Christianity has always taught that parents are the first educators and this is supported by current research which suggests that parental engagement is the most significant factor to raise achievement.

We have made a commitment to ensure we develop students as independent learners. Not only do they learn knowledge but also develop an understanding of how they learn. This will equip them with the ability to adapt to the ever changing needs of life in the modern world.

We believe we have a responsibility to get every student the best possible results so that they fulfil their God-given potential but we also believe that life at school should be so much more. Each year there are significant opportunities to put “faith into action” through community days, retreat programmes, fundraising and service of others.
